Secure access to the HamGNN materials console.

Sign in, verify the account by email, issue MCP API keys, and stage `.cif -> openmx -> hamgnn` jobs from one local browser-facing service.

Login and registration use signed session cookies backed by a local SQLite database.

MCP API Keys

Issue credentials after login and authenticate external MCP clients with bearer keys.

Workflow Staging
  1. Convert uploaded `.cif` into OpenMX input.
  2. Prepare graph data and HamGNN inference state.
  3. Expose the staged task through the MCP server.
